Rebecca Callahan is teaching Arbitration Theory & Practice at Pepperdine University School of Law / Straus Institute for the Spring 2018 semester.
For the third consecutive year in a row, Rebecca has been asked to teach Arbitration Theory & Practice as an adjunct professor with Pepperdine University School of Law / Straus Institute. Rebecca likes teaching this course because it forces her to stay on top of recent developments in the area – of which there have been a lot over the past 5 or 10 years! In addition to the arbitration course, Rebecca has also taught five semesters of Mediation Theory & Practice at Pepperdine / Straus. Rebecca likes teaching at the law school level because it’s fun to engage with the students who are excited to learn about the many facets of alternative dispute resolution and bring lots of energy, creative ideas and culturally diverse perspectives to the discussion.
